Hason replaces Tami Mazel Shachar, who served as CEO for the past five years and will now be utilizing her talents in the public sector while continuing her role as a board member.

In his new position, Hason will lead the company’s growth strategy, expanding its global operations and entering new markets. With the growing demand for software development efficiency solutions in a diverse array of industries, his experience will help accelerate the company’s expansion and enhance the value for its customers, with an emphasis on innovation, creativity, acquisition and development of advanced technologies.

Hason brings over 20 years of experience in management, business development and technology leadership at leading companies in the DevOps space. In his most recent position, he served as Corporate Development Lead at Datadog (traded on Nasdaq at a value of over $40 billion), after serving as CEO of OzCode until it was acquired and led to the establishment of Datadog’s Engineering Center in Israel, where more than 5 Datadog products are currently being developed. He previously founded the startup Intigua- JetPatch, currently owned by a private equity fund, and has also led additional acquisitions, invesments and business development initiatives.
Hason’s appointment comes after an important strategic move by Incredibuild, with its acquisition of Garden, a DevOps acceleration product. This move positions Incredibuild as a global leader in end-to-end DevOps acceleration solutions.
